We have never used a lawn service at any of our previous homes, as I have always self-maintained. When we purchased our new home ( a 1940's Cape Cod on a corner lot in a highly sought after neighborhood, it had been previously owned by a couple who used it for housing for their college children), the yard had not been properly maintained or managed for over 6 years!
We thought (properly so!!) that utilizing the services of a lawn care company would be our best solution to make the yard look as it should. In just 1 year, the difference has been amazing!!
We have NEVER had a better looking lawn! In fact, our mailman (who sees HUNDREDS of homes on his daily route walking through our City) commented just this week that OUR yard is one of the FINEST looking in the City of Fredericksburg! Now, THAT is a compliment!!

Johnnie Chow did a great job with my weed spot in between visit. I asked that the person who is spraying call me on arrival so I could tell them where the trouble spots were. That's what he did. He took great care of my yard. A+

I have encountered many of your tech's over the years but he is far and above the most pleasant and professional of them all. A wonderful person to encounter. i have been a customer of TruGreen since July-2012. I am very pleased with the service that I have received. I have received many compliments on how wonderful my grass and shrubs look. I am proud of how my lawn compliments my home. Whenever I have had a need to reach out to customer service, I am treated very nicely and professionally. All of the service people that have come out have taken time to answer questions that I have asked in a kind and understanding way. Whenever I am in doubt of a treatment, it has been explained to me in a way that I can understand and therefore I can make an intelligent decision on what I need to plan for.
