The specialist who came and applied the mosquito Defense + TruShield was excellent, best specialist I have ever had. He was thorough, professional and did an excellent job to ensure everything was given attention that required it. I am giving the high rating because of him. The other specialists who come to apply the lawn fertilizer treatments are not like this, areas never get applied or are done with little care to ensure complete coverage is done. Many times I go out and buy a Scott product to complete the job. Thank you for sending KENNIE PEREGORY this time, and please keep sending him to do my lawn care!!!

Johnnie Chow is our guy. He's friendly and consistent. We have had other folks see ice our lawn before, and they absolutely cut corners and in some instances skip portions of our yard.
Johnnie has always been consistent, listens to our concerns and addresses them that day, and the results are clear.
We would happily wait an extra week here and there if it means that Johnnie is our sole lawn service tech.
It would be our preference that he always be our guy.
If he ever leaves, were taking our business where he goes.

Jimmy Chow has completed our lawn service several times and does a great job. He made sure the gate was closed when service was completed. Another gentleman completed our lawn earlier this spring (sorry I can't remember his name) and he even made sure the dog toys were all placed on the deck in the yard before spraying/applying any products.
It has taken several years of consistent application by TruGreen to get our lawn looking good. Several neighbors have asked who does our lawn service.
