2) The Friendly Greeting at the door letting us know that he is here to service our lawn
3) He takes the time to indicate what is being applied to the lawn and explains on a "needed" basis
4) His friendly Good-Bye and mentions that if we are not happy to give him a call back!

So I thought I was going to a link to rate my service technician, JEFF G., who came to my house today and knocked on my door to inform of what he was there to do, what I needed to do, and to discuss concerns I had about our lawn's needs. Jeff was a breath of fresh air - he is professional and listened to a few concerns I had, told me exactly what he was there to do AND what he intended to do to address the things I brought up with him. He is an excellent representative for your company - I was very impressed with him.
This "rate your provider" is now asking if I would refer the COMPANY - that is a completely different question from how I rate our TECH. The salesman, Jeff Adgate, who signed us up for service this year, has been great, and as noted above Jeff G was amazing - the "10" is for Jeff G and Jack, and as long as the service continues to be good and the lawn continues to improve (i.e., the weeds go away) we will be satisfied. Phillip Hawthorne is very personable and very conscience about his work. He is very easy to work with and is concerned that he does a good job to be sure the customer is satisfied.

My only suggestion, offer auto draft for payments. I think that's easier for the Customer and saves you all money not having to send out payments each month. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied!

When a mistake (ie burned lawn) happened last year, our concerns were addressed immediately. We received an apology for the situation and appropriate remedies. It speaks volumes if a company can own up to an error -- admit it and correct it. We have had you for over 33 years-- one mistake in that amount of time we can live with! :) We ;have told others how reliable and trustworthy you are.
