There was a Tru Green treatment performed by Specialist Ryan Frazee on August 16, 2017. The application was very professionally applied and one of the first times a visual result was seen after a couple of days.
A family member was present to observe Specialist Ryan Frazee attention to detail and treatment of the entire property.
The original assumption was faulty chemicals, however it appears that perhaps refresher training might be in order for previous employees dispatched to my residence. Now a solid believer, the chemical regiment is effective and that weak link might be those other Specialists. At a minimum suggest supervisory oversight to ensure all Tru Green Representatives perform at that high level as Specialist Ryan Frazee.

Communications: It starts with telephonic notification of my upcoming service. I would like to see it delivered as a text also. It then goes to when the technician shows up and discusses with me what they are scheduled to do, what they are noticing in my yard and any recommendations, then stating what they will do, finally summarizing what they did at the end before they leave.
Reginald Puifory came out today. He was very well dressed, extremely well mannered, and a joy to work with. He should be complemented for how he treats customers.
I am submitting positive feedback regarding the TruGreen Tree and Shrub specialist that serviced our account today for Tree and Shrub and last week for a Mosquito Control application as well. Her name is (57424-)Rebecca Horesky, (License# 142412-T). She is very professional and friendly at the same time. She is able to articulate her findings and the treatments in both an informative and easy to understand way which is very much appreciated. She seems very Customer Service oriented which, again, is very much appreciated. I hope she continues to service our account for the Tree and Shrub, Mosquito Control and Lawn services we subscribe to from TruGreen!

TruGreen employees are always friendly and provide the service to our lawn efficiently. I appreciate the call ahead of time telling me when they will be here because we have dogs and I can make sure they are not in the yard. I have been very happy with the services I have received from TruGreen.

I like to give a very positive feedback to RyanF Branch DC South 5731 for his efforts in treating my weeds at 6708 Morning Ride Circle, with yur merging with Scott Lawn I was a little apprehensive about it, specially with the heat stress on the lawn. Weeds were just thriving especially sage weed, nutsedge I was giving up on Trugreen. But surprisingly one technical do care and left me a good note of his treatment, the affect of discolorization and not to water for 24 hrs and also recommended the good mow theight. It was very encouraging to see some possitive effects of his feeding and spot treating the existing weeks.
Ryan is the type of specialist that can turn Trugreen reputation were it should be. He also treats my next door rental property like my primary at 6602 Morning Ride Circle Alexandira va 22315.
I want him to be my only dedicated specialist for I have been with trugreen for years and had left for Scott and now back with you since the merger. Ryan F is the specialist that gives me hope that Trugreen will do take care of my trees scrub and lawn in years to come.
He deserves praise in front of his peers and hope that it sets an example to others their job is not only a rountine 8 hr job but a specialize career that provides care and maintenance to the customers who also works hard that like to come home to see a wonderful property that they work for is being cared for my you guys.
