My technician always does a great job and answers all my questions
Every thing so far. Courteous staff. One thing I would like to see happen when the staff arrives and meets me is more formal notification when the service is completed. What seems to be the norm is to leave a piece of information on the front door knob and leave. Poor customer relations and not a goon image to discuss with my neighbors about.

You've done a great job helping to keep my lawn looking fantastic for about 25 years now.
Your service is good and effective, but you keep coming on a day we have repeatedly asked you not to come, Wednesdays. Our lawn is mowed on Thursdays and we have asked our True Green service to be made on Fridays or Mondays. I found out yesterday that you make no appointments on Fridays or Saturdays. So, you must make any and all service appointments on Mondays or Tuesdays.
Our next appointment was scheduled for a Wednesday after twice asking that Wednesday not be used. We cancelled the appointment. If this mis-scheduling happens one more time we will cancel our service altogether.

We like receiving the auto call the day prior to the service letting us know that the rep will be visiting. We also like that the rep knocks on the door before and after each visit to ask/respond to questions. We have subscribed to your service for many years now and find all of your reps to be highly knowledgeable and helpful!!
