Whenever I call for service, I'm always told that they will do whatever needed/come as many times to resolve my issue with my lawn. Love the receipt left letting me know exactly what they've done.

Derick Elmore, is a very professional and informative tech in explaining what service he is applying to my lawn. Derick has improved my lawn appearance over the last year. Derick Elmore also explains answers to my questions in a language I can understand.
I really did not like the idea that Scotts Lawn service was leaving and being replace with TruGreen since I like the employees with it, but turns out with TruGreen I am getting better quality service than with Scotts. I am retired so I can watch the work being done and different than some to the one with Scotts, I am very satisfied. TruGreen does not seem to hurry to get the service done and go on their way; they seem to take pride in providing the best treatment in all areas required by my service contract. I am very, very satisfied with your lawn specialist, Mr Reginald Puifory, with his thoroughness and customer interfaces.
a. He doesn't miss any spots: I check for missed areas later on for weeds and areas are green at my lawn perimeters as they are in the center.
b. I have met him three times when he arrives. He has a very positive, professional demeanor and shows a willingness to speak with me. He explains what he is about to do in non-technical terms.
I am glad Mr Puifory is assigned to do my lawn and hope you all continue to assign him.
I have had Burke Nursery, Bay Country, and Scotts lawn service. TruGreen had been the best so far and I think it's because of the thoroughness of Mr Puifory.

I have seen and spoken to him three times--very professional demeanor and willingness to speak with me. He explains the work about to be done in a clear and non-technical terms. Each time my lawn appears the way he said it would be. He doesn't miss a spot--I check my property edges and no weeds appear and it's as green as the middle areas.

The technician was timely and explained the service he was going to provide for the day. This was the first application and we look forward to progressing to a nice, healthy lawn.
