The TruGreen Specialist, Marcel Lugo, just left after servicing our yard. He rang to door bell and since I was home, I spoke to him. He was very polite, explained what he was going to do, asked me if there was anything he needed to know about the yard. He had been here about 2 weeks ago for a follow up to treatment he performed for some brown patch issues. I was not here, but he explained to my wife why he was back so soon. I really appreciated the follow up visit.

Marcel has always been professional, friendly and concerned about my lawn issues. I hope he continues to be my service specialist in the future.

I like the services

The prior telephone call of scheduled service. Technicians always announce their arrival and explain what they will do during the application. The techs are always very professional, knowledgeable and courteous during the visit. The readily answer any questions I may have about the application they will perform that day.

I replied to a previous survey and received a call today from "Kira" in customer service about that response. I mentioned Dustin Locke in that survey and thanks to Kira about the service performed I should have mentioned John Deluca as the tech in question. Dustin had performed a prior service. Kira was very professional and courteous during our telephone conversation and I want to commend TruGreen on hiring excellent personnel to deal with their customers.

Dustin does my Lawn Service and John Deluca handles my trees and Shrubs. The comments above apply to all individuals mentioned above.

Tommy Williams is a friendly and very knowledgeable service man. He is out of Branch 5258. As knowledgeable as he is he needs to be a supervisor, but keep him on my route please. Thanks Tommy

your diligent attempt to make my yard look good. Although it is not there yet your agents have made a valiant attempt to make it work out.

Great service this year but, I was in the yard with visitors and noticed allot of bug activity, my wife even noticed a mole cricket crawling in our drive way, toward my truck tire. The yard may need a re-service. I do not want to loose my grass over the winter to the bugs.
