Prior telephone call of scheduled service. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous technicians. Joh Deluca announced his arrival and informed me of what he planned to accomplish for the scheduled service and answered any questions I had. He completed his work in an efficient manner and left the customer service info on my front door upon departure. He has provided the recent services to my yard in a very satisfactory manner.

Well all I can say the grass tarf is the original grass that was on that house since 1997 shen we bought the house and we never had to change it or buy new saint Augustine grass to replace any dead space. There has been those in the Bear Run Subdivision who had to replace there turf many times but not in my yard because that is the original turf since 1997 and that means that yard is 21 years old and so do you need a better explanation????????

You phone to let me know when you are coming.
Your employee comes to the door to let me know he is there.
When he leaves he leaves a sign in the lawn and a note on my door as to what he did.
After a few days I get a billing in the mail.
I pay and send the bill in to you.

That is all and not complicated.

I had a issue with my yard service and I submitted a survey explaining the issue. Kira (Not sure of spelling) responded to my survey quickly and when I spoke with her she offered a course of action that was acceptable. Additionally, she stated that she would follow up. I don't expect the companies I hire for services to be perfect. I only expect those companies to work to resolve issues asvvthey arise.

Mr. First name removed DeLuca, Branch #5258, is the best care technician we have had in the past 14 years. He is thorough and efficient in his care of our lawn and scrubs. I can see results over time and he has been informative as to what he is concerned about and what he is doing to correct our last service company mistakes. Thanks Jack Last name removed, 489 Crosswind Dr., Fernandina Beach Florida. Additionally, your telephone customer care is very helpful and efficient.
