I have been battling brown patch disease and requested that it be treated a second time when the lawn specialist,Marcel Lugo, came to my door prior to my monthly servicing. He couldn't have been nicer and made sure that the regular servicing included something to combat the brown patch problem. After treatment, explained everything that he did to the lawn and gave me instructions on watering and future mowing. Great service from a knowledgeable, polite young man. I would like him to be my regular service technician in the future, if possible.

I also received a follow up call from Kira, from the local office. I had spoken to her before trying to get extra treatment for the brown patch problem and she called to make sure that I was satsified with the applications for this month. It's nice to get to speak to someone from the local office who seems to care about customer satisfaction.

I guess time will tell if the treatment for brown patch disease is successful.

The call the day before, the knock on the door when arrived and my lawn tech makes sure every portion of my lawn is sprayed and weeds tackled without rushing. Had some bad techs before but my tech does his job.

The personalized lawn care that provided by Lawn Specialist John Cooper at branch #5258. He was patient, thorough and meticulous and very professional in doing his job. He was friendly and honest. I have Southern Green before and this guys were crooks. John Cooper of branch #5258 not the same as the Southern Green people. I am very satisfied on what he did to my lawn. My lawn never been the same as before. I am getting compliments now every time someone see my lawn. When I have Southern Green its all negative now its all positive. The driver First name removed Cooper takes the time to treat our yard properly and does a good job for us.

Notice says they rang bell but I was home and I never heard any bell ring. Lawn looks pretty good this year so keep it up. I'd prefer an in person debrief instead of just writing the same comments at each visit.
