I had a problem with what ended up being brown patch disease. I called the Service Center on 10/20/17 and was told that it would be 3 working days before someone could come out which made it on 10/25/17. Since I could not be there on that date, I scheduled the visit for 10/26/17 although I was not happy to have to wait that long for my problem to be serviced.
On the 25th I called the main service center and was told that my next scheduled appointment was not until 10/31/17. That was unacceptable and after some discussion I was transfered to the local office where I spoke with Kira
I explained my problem and all the phone calls and she was very understanding. She said that she would try to get someone to visit my home on today (10/26) as origionally scheduled. She called back later and said that someone would be out between 3-5 to look at my problem. Kira was sypathetic to my problem, apoligized for what has previously transpired and made sure that I would have a service tech to my home today. I can't say enough about her concern for my problem the way she solved it.
The service tech, John Cooper, arrived during the time frame given to me, determined that I did have a brown patch disease and treated the problem with a fungicide. He gave me instructions to water my yard after he left, which I did. Mr. Cooper could not have been nicer and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied prior to leaving. The two local contacts, Kira and John renewed my faith in continuing with TruGreen in the future.
