Awesome location and facility! I live in Raleigh and train at our local studios here in Nc. When in GA I stay in the Dunwoody area and am so excited to have a sandy springs close location! I took Kandyce's sculpt class this week and loved it! I am looking forward to coming back for more classes as well as incorporating some of her techniques into my own training classes :)
The classes are challenging but the instructors offer variations and I leave feeling like I got a great workout. I can thankfully feel the impact the next day as well. The studio is clean and I like that there is space to hang out. The instructors have been very good in class and very friendly in the lobby, talking to me about anything and everything. I immediately felt like I belonged and was welcome back.

The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly! All classes that I've tried so far have been great -- the perfect balance of challenging, yet able to take them at your own pace. I'm really excited to have found this studio!
