I did a 7 day trial and fell in love with the staff! Everyone is welcoming and knowledgeable. The location manager, Taylor, was super down to earth and made me feel at home even though I am not super experienced!

I take the 1.0 class and find it to be something I am capable of doing. Afterwards I feel that I have had a good workout; but, i am not totally wiped out. I would actually like something a bit more challenging. usually my instructor is dorothy, who I like very much. she is helpful and not intimidating. I have tried the 2.0 class a couple of times and find it a bit too challenging for me.I would welcome the chance to take the 1.5 class as a transition to the 2.0 class; but, it does not seem to be offered.

I really liked the two teachers I've met so far at the Core 1 class. And we were able to cover a lot of posses in an hour. The three studios are really nice, clean and spacious. The bathrooms and the lockers are cleaned and neat
new, nice and clean facility. I only have been to one class but the teacher was very nice and welcoming

The studio is SO clean & well organized, very impressive. The staff is also very friendly, helpful & non-pushy w/ getting me to sign up for an additional package of classes/membership.
I like the consistency in classes, and the instructors are great. The studio is beautiful.
