Loved the teachers and the studio is beautiful! Such a great experience and class!
All the instructors are nice and helpful, not judging and annoyed if you don't understand. Also the music in the in classes is great. The facilities are modern.
Awesome location and facility! I live in Raleigh and train at our local studios here in Nc. When in GA I stay in the Dunwoody area and am so excited to have a sandy springs close location! I took Kandyce's sculpt class this week and loved it! I am looking forward to coming back for more classes as well as incorporating some of her techniques into my own training classes :)
The classes are challenging but the instructors offer variations and I leave feeling like I got a great workout. I can thankfully feel the impact the next day as well. The studio is clean and I like that there is space to hang out. The instructors have been very good in class and very friendly in the lobby, talking to me about anything and everything. I immediately felt like I belonged and was welcome back.

I can't say enough how much I enjoy CPY and am so happy to see MORE new studios in places convenient to me! Thank you for opening this studio in Sandy Springs! This mean more classes from which to choose and fit into our schedule. I appreciate the variety and frequency and quality of the types of classes, the friendliness of the staff and the high quality of the studios. I agree w/reviews that suggest CPY may not be so spiritually intense as some boutique yoga studios .. and while that type atmosphere may appeal to a few it doesn't appeal to many, which is what is great about CPY .. it's a very benign friendly supportive encouraging and healthful environment for people to take away from yoga whatever they want or need. It does appear that many or the majority of CPY customers like the fitness aspect the most. More intensely spiritual yoga studios may be like an authentic foreign restaurant .. perhaps a tad too spicy for the general public. I do miss saying 'oooms' and I've enjoyed the shout breaths at different yoga studios. CPY appears to deliberately avoid these exercises as if to maintain a more neutral appeal, that is, not to hint at being a 'religion.' I always enjoy a class teacher explaining Mudras and Chackras and correct body alignment. At CPY you will never feel condescension about being a beginner or not being spiritual. I also appreciate that most every class the teacher suggests a goal idea for intention setting. This is pleasant because I generally arrive harried and feeling somewhat wretched and when told to set an intention, mine is often just to "survive,' so when the teachers suggest a focus thought or goal, it's always more pleasant and uplifting than some burdensome intention I would think of myself.
Also I like the 'hands on' assists .. which CPY does a bit (never too much) more of than other studios I've visited.
