Great combination of vinyasa inspired yoga flow and core strengthening exercises. The classes were challenging and well paced. I definitely felt the work for a few days after. The instructors had many years of yoga teaching experience, and their dedication showed. The were also friendly and encouraging. The studio is convenient, clean and modern.
Convenient location, nicely lit and maintained bathrooms, with all necessities including lockers. Extra bonus is the athletic wear shop!
However, I am a traditional hot yoga/Bikram fan and would love to see more hot yoga classes.
I love the C1 classes. On Friday, the teacher was really patient and helpful. It was only my second yoga class ever! Both classes was awesome!
