To me, it's the most efficient strength training program for busy adults. 20 minutes twice a week is awesome for my schedule. The program just works for me. I feel myself getting stronger & love that the new app coming out soon will allow you to track that more "real-time". The whole 20 min thing is a very key motivation to keep going. The Exercise Coach provides great value in staying fit !

Everything is always very clean and the environment is very condusive to a positive experience and really great workout. And all the trainers are so supportive which inspires you to work a little harder than you might do on your own. And I'm seeing really good results and feel much more balanced and strong mentally and physically. Glad I joined and stuck with it!
