Brianna did an excellent job and made my son feel very secure about getting his haircut there were no tears and no ouchies.
Amber knocked it out of the park with our autistic daughter. We had zero meltdowns or issues. She was quick and joyful and connected with our girl in a way that she didnt even notice the haircut at all. Hair is a HUGE trigger and Amber made it seamless, did a perfect cut, and a pleasant memory and experience for us all. Couldnt be happier.
Alley was so amazing! My son loved that he was able to play with books and trains while she cut his hair after he got antsy from sitting in the chair. The other woman helping Alley brought out bubbles and other fun things to keep him entertained as well. Super pleased and will absolutely recommend!!
Love how Alejandra handled my appointment over the phone. She was super helpful when we came in. It was nephew's first haircut at a salon and she handled it with care and compassion. We will be returning

Clean & kid-friendly space! We were greeted upon arrival & seated immediately. They had Super Mario Bros movie playing (big bonus for us). They did great cutting the hair just how I asked for it to be done & they were very nice.
My son had his first haircut at 5yo he is non verbal and Autistic and Jasmine went above and beyond to accommodate his needs and did a phenomenal job on him with minimal stress and he looks fantastic! Highly recommend them! Very calm and understanding!

Ali did an amazing job redirecting my screaming and kicking toddler. She calmed down and we were able to do the entire haircut! Ali did a great job working around me physically so she could get to her hair and do what she needed to do. We loved the extra play room with the glass windows so my toddler could look at the main space and take it in without feeling overwhelmed.

We had a great experience! Chloe was excellent with my son and even my daughter (who did not get a haircut) still got to pick out a toy. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Plus, his haircut looks fantastic! We will be back.

I liked that the atmosphere at Pigtails and Crewcuts is specifically geared towards children. I would recommend that some of the vehicle hair cutting chairs have a couple of options that are more feminine. Perhaps, a pink convertible? Maybe not vehicles at all...a horse, unicorn, dolphin, etc...

People are so friendly and helpful. Great things to distract before and while getting a haircut. My grandson enjoyed the time we were there for his first haircut; it was fantastic! Took home a certificate with his picture and a lock of his baby hair for a keepsake. We received so many great compliments. We're looking forward to the next haircut!
