He loved playing with the toys and that he got to pick the car to sit in. I "the parent" had a great time. We are new to Asheville. This was his first haircut in Asheville and we are definitely returning!

Elham did an excellent job on my son's hair. She was so energetic, kind, and patient while giving him a scissor cut, which I realize takes a lot more time and precision than using clippers. We always go to Pigtails and Crewcuts and have had a wonderful experience with all stylists. The salon is clean, well maintained, and I appreciate that it has a playroom for kids to use if you have to wait a few minutes before your appointment (although it's rare because they are always running on schedule). Highly recommend this salon!
Jamie is always amazing with Aidan. We we come in, everyone seems inviting to him even though he is a special needs 22 year old. Aidan loves going there and definitely feels welcome. It warms my heart because there are so many public places that aren’t as accepting.

Our hairdresser was so helpful in ensuring the haircuts were tailored to my boys hair type. She talked me through the options and what her professional opinion was. She made sure that my boys were comfortable and she was very patient and kind with them.
Miss Tiff is always so sweet, kind, patient and accommodating for even the tiniest of clients! She is so tolerant of my 17 month old, allowing him to sit on mama’s lap to facilitate his haircut. Tiff gets his hair cut quickly, with grace! Thank you for making my toddler’s haircuts a calm and peaceful experience for everyone involved, Miss Tiff!

We’ve been taking our son here for a year now and the experience alone is worth every penny. It’s a fun and colorful place for children and the hair stylists are very professional. They take their time to make sure the cut is done right and my son always looks so sharp walking out of there. Would HIGHLY recommend!
