P&C was highly recommended by a close friend! Both of our sons are on the spectrum so it’s very difficult to find a place where the staff is not only understanding but patient as well. My friend had a great experience with Amber so we booked with her as well! My son rarely gets haircuts and has very thick hair that doesn’t mesh well with this FL heat. We usually can’t even get him to sit alone and he always refuses capes but also gets upset about hair touching him. Amber not only showed kindness and patience with my son, she was also amazing with his hair! The forms of transportation for the kiddos to sit in is awesome! They provide magnets for kids to play with on each seat and had a movie playing on multiple screens which helped my son greatly! We got a Mohawk for him (which is not a simple shave and go) and she did awesome! My son loved it! From the restrooms to the atmosphere of the place they’re doing everything right! They have toys to play with while you wait as well as toys to purchase. He got to choose from the treasure chest but I also snagged a toy for him for doing so well! I also heard another customer get a Bday certificate or sticker which was cute! The restrooms have everything you’d need as a parent and my son loved the collage of customers on the way to the restroom! LOVED this place and will be back!

Really great haircut for my toddler!
Absolutely fantastic job. My 3 yr old grandson is terrified to get his haircut. After about 5 minutes with Ms. Lauren he was letting her cut. By the end of his cut he was smiling and having a blast. Thank you so much.
I absolutely love that the entire experience is tailored to kids. My son has only ever gotten his haircut at Pigtails and Crewcuts. Aside from his very first haircut we also use the same stylist every single time. Chanele H. at the McDonough location has always worked amazing with my son as he does have some sensory issues. I love that we don’t feel rushed and there are ways to distract my son during the cut including the TV’s and magnet items. I always recommend parents to find their closet locations try them out!

My 6 year old son is autistic, which makes haircuts a daunting task (to say the least). The entire staff is always so friendly, welcome, and inclusive. A year ago, my son had to sit on my lap to have to his hair cut and was terrified of the whole process. Kristina has gone above and beyond to make him comfortable and make sure he leaves looks amazing. I would recommend her to anyone, but especially parents of neurodivergent kids. She never makes us feel like a burden and is always so sweet to my son. I will never go anywhere else.

I love the fun vehicles the kids get to sit in and I love how friendly and laid back the atmosphere is at this location. Ms Katherine was fantastic and my son’s haircut was perfect! We will definitely be coming back to see her 😊

A cute little place for kids to get their haircuts, and they're always spot on. It may be a teeny pricey depending how you look at it, but their services are always very well worth spending the money. And they're very patient and accommodating for kids who have special needs.
