Very considerate and patient with their little clients
We have an extremely stubborn three year old with a severe fear of clippers. Despite the fact that he was flailing and crying the entire time and had to be held just to get brief moments where he sat still, she had the patience and skill to get the hair out of his eyes and give him a much more comfortable summer. I can tell it was almost as hard on her as it was on me to see my kid so distressed, but she took the time to be patient and work with him and me to get the job done as gently as we possibly could. Thank you for all your help, for keeping your cool in a tough situation, and for smiling and inviting us to come back again whenever we were ready instead of treating us like the difficult day I'm sure we probably were for you.

Excellent customer service. The most patient and friendliest hair salon for children that I have ever been to. My son always had blowouts get his cut and he is 5 years old, cried like someone was hurting him, but this time he was so calm and happy getting his hair cut. It's all because of all the hair stylists calmness and understanding the childs anxiety and becoming friends with the kids, made my so happy. Thank you, I will definitely be going here from now on.
We had such a great experience at Pigtails and Crew Cuts! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. The atmosphere is bright, cheerful, and completely kid-friendly—with fun chairs, toys, and even a TV to keep little ones entertained.
The stylist was incredibly patient and kind with my child, taking the time to make them feel comfortable before starting the haircut. They listened to exactly what we wanted and did a fantastic job! My child left feeling happy, confident, and looking adorable.

Very friendly, professional and understanding for my toddlers first haircut. They quickly helped redirect any fears into laughter for my toddlers first haircut. We are looking forward the the next appointment. My son asks if he can go back for his haircut. He enjoys his haircut so much he mentions it often ever since. That’s been a few weeks now.
We’ve been seeing Brooke for over a year now for my son’s haircuts, and she is phenomenal! She’s incredibly talented and wonderful with kids, always kind, patient, and engaging. She works quickly, but her attention to detail is always spot-on. My son loves visiting Brooke, and we’re so grateful to have found her!

The stylist was absolutely amazing, so patient with my kids and gave them fabulous haircuts! I think my kids enjoyed the experience as well, my son was happy no clippers were used and my daughter loved being called a princess ha!

My son is 11 months old and I brought him in for his first haircut. Ronnie was amazing!! She had so many tricks up her sleeve to keep him calm and distracted. The whole experience was a breeze! We were in and out quickly with a great cut. We will definitely be returning and recommending to others as well!
It was an all around great experience. I really love that their are special time made for children with sensory needs. Amber was fantastic with both my boys and thanks to her , their first haircut was painless and fun. We will definitely be back to see her again ❤️ Thank you so much
Ms. Samantha was so sweet with my daughter: she immediately made us both feel comfortable. She even gave my daughter a beautiful mermaid braid because we mentioned we were going to the pool afterwards. Thank you Pigtails and Crewcuts!
We love Miss Jodie! Her suggestion to do a wash to help with the brush challenge helped tremendously and the little lady felt like a princess. We will continue doing that.

Ms Erika is AMAZING!! Our little 2 y/o girl literally runs to Ms Erika when we come in - she’s not nervous at all! I’m so thankful for the service provided by Pigtails & Crewcuts and the amazing stylist (especially Ms Erika!)
