The preson that came to clean the carpet did a very good job and restored my faith in your company. He is very good and was the one that said that he would come and clean my carpet since my first expereince was not good, by the way this was years ago. I think the persson that came should gey a rise!!!!

I have waited to respond to your survey until I had. Chance to see if the Cleaning really was done. You see, the last 2 companies who cleaned our carpets looked good the first few days then the old stains re-appeared. Obviously not really cleaned. I was skeptical to say the least about getting our carpets clean again. However, 2 weeks later, our carpet looks great! We are very happy to know our carpet can get clean and I am forever a Zerorez customer!

The floor looks noticeably cleaner and the products do not smell strongly of soaps and fragrances. The technician who cleaned our carpet was very polite and professional.

Very impressed with the fact that they came out on the same day and worked with our needs. They also worked with our budget and even though it was $20 more than "the other guys" it was WELL worth it to have such a thorough job done.

I love the customer service from the techician. I also love that he was not pressuring me to buy more or to purchase products. He asked once and left it that. I have had another company actually argue with me as to why he would do a better job cleaning my sofa than I was doing.
