I usually have glowing things to say about your service, but I'm a little disappointed this time. My area rug, which was soaked as a result of roots caused back-up in our sewer system, was returned with a strong, sickly sweet smell, as if the cleaning solutions had not been rinsed properly. I'm giving the rug a couple of more days to air out, but if the smell doesn't dissipate, I will contact Zerorez to reclean it. I'm comfortable asking our local distributor to do this as all previous experiences with them have indicated that they stand firmly behind their work. The service couldn't be better!

I was very impressed with how well my 14-year-old carpet looked after it was cleaned. There were parts of the carpet that were literally black with dirt that were restored better than I thought possible. I would definitely use Zerorez again to clean my carpets.

I like the concept of cleaning with hot water in place of carpet cleners. The carpets look and feel "naturally" clen as they did when new.

I love the after smell and after feel of my home. Last time we got our carpets cleaned it smelled like wet dog for months. Now my house smells so clean. And my tiles look fabulous. I was a little confused when after he cleaned the tile and I asked if he already put the sealant on he said it would be extra. When he suggested the cleaning, he mentioned sealing so I assumed that was included in the price quote. We ended up not getting the sealing done because I couldn't afford another $200 but that's my only comPlaint. The complaint that that wasn't made a little more clear beforehand.

My carpets dried much faster, and yet were very clean, and I liked how thorough you were in assessing problem areas (pet urine, etc.) and then fixing them.
