Product cleans well. Rugs are not soaked. Cleaner was on time and very efficient.
Your representative was very careful and efficient with his equipment and the solution. There was no lingering odor when he finished and had left the premises. The soil had made a black border around the rooms and on the stairwell. He had a little brush that he scrubbed those areas and when he finished, everything was clean. I am very satisfied with the appearance of my carpets now.

Our carpet is 15 years old - been thru 4 large dogs (puppy thru elderly) with accidents. I do the best I can to keep carpet in good shape. When Zerorez cleans our carpet, it looks like new! Excellent staff. Aaron was very thorough and spent a significant amount of time working to remove stains from our carpet. He was careful around fragile sections of the carpet as well.

We recently had a wedding at our house, they cooked pulled pork for the reception, and spilled pork grease up my white carpeted stairs. Ugh!!! I called zerorez and my carpet is BEAUTIFUL!!! Love the smell and look of my carpets! The techs were very respectful young men, did a fabulous job!

The gentlemen that came and cleaned my carpets in my apartment were very professional, friendly and quick!!! My carpet was extremely dirty and I literally watched the change. They looked brand new. How well the products worked considering how in need of cleaning our carpets were.
On the positive it was very fast service and cleaned very well. On the negative it was very expensive at $252 for about 450 sq ft.
