I appreciated the fellow who cleaned my carpet for his polite, confident demeanor. I felt he did a very thorough job. I appreciated him explaining that the spot in front of my husband's chair stood out more because the fibers were worn than because they were dirty. Excessive scrubbing would only wear down the fibers more. I was expecting to get 2 rooms cleaned, but for less than $10 more, I got the third room cleaned, too. The carpet took longer than 4 hours to dry--more like 8 hours before we put the place back together. We waited until the next morning to put down the chair mat. Carpet looks and feels great.

The gentleman who cleaned the carpets at my house was very courteous and friendly. He did an awesome job and I would refer you with no hesitation, if all your employes did as good of a job as he did.
