The whole experience was a positive one. Our representative was polite, thorough, informative, helpful, everything you could want from a service company field tech.
The employee who came to our house to "Zerorez" our carpets... was very professional, asked what we wanted done, gave him the tour, and he proceeded to bring in his equipment and the wall/corner guards and wore the shoe/booties. We chatted/he explained about some of the carpet areas that needed some extra attention, and most of them came clean.
I especially liked our "guy", and I would request him again! Thank you...ready for FALL!
Your process is very thorough, however I would recommend that you come up with a process for edge and corner cleaning. That was the only area I was disappointed in.

It was easy to make an appointment and you were right on time. I was in the other room while he was cleaning and it was minimal noise I didn't even have to turn the tv up. He was in and out in 45 minutes.

You obviously have a great product, which is actually easy to find elsewhere. What is NOT easy to find elsewhere is great people and customer service. You folks have the monopoly on that! The technician (Mr. Piper) that came out to my house to perform the service did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond the call of duty in terms of explaining everything to me and for showing me different things that I can do to keep my carpets looking great throughout the year. He did a fantastic job all around.

techs were very professional and efficient. Products were safe for family and pets - or so they said, no reason to doubt it. Charge for bacteria killing product seemed excessive, too bad they can't just do a spot cleaning based on black light exposure. everyone was professional and helpful.
Carpets turned out great and are soft to walk on. Cleanest they have ever been. The technician was friendly and courteous.

So far stains haven't come back. Carpets look really good and there was no gross chemical or other smell afteward. Gentleman was super nice and friendly. :)

I like how you get deep down into the fibers of the carpet and get the dirt out,
I also like the product you put on the pet stains prior to cleaning, but it would be nice if you could make it more affordable.
Chris did a great job and explained everything including the pricing, trying to keep it down.
The process is quick, easy and looks great when the job is done.
