I got a call telling me the tech was on his way. When he arrived he explained what the procedure was and got right to work. Asked my thoughts on some of the more soiled places and made me feel he cared about his work. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

This is the second time I've had Zerorex do my carpet. Zerorex sets their appointments at my convenience, comes in a timely fashion, then explains their procedure and the various choices available. They explain the final charges before beginning the cleaning process, so you can adjust your choice financially, up or down. The attendant is friendly, VERY knowledgeable, and points out problem areas prior to the cleaning. I have 2 small dogs--and a visiting family dog who has 'accidents'--and I was able to choose between three different methods of Zerorex cleaning in certain areas. (He also gave me some basic 'emergency care' ideas that I can do when I find an 'accident'). The carpet in all three rooms looks great and with the final 'preventative' spray, I feel it will continue to look good for some time. Thank you.

I love that there is no smell. It's very clean and nice. With other companies, I would come home and the house smelled like "wet dog" and the carpet was very wet. Zerorez gives my house a nice clean fresh smell and the carpets look beautiful and are almost dry! Josh Longie did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to anyone!!
