Your representative, Brent I believe, has been with the company 1 1/2 years and is extremely pleasant and I delight to work with. I have used you for years and even after my last issue being over charged and not totally pleased with the completion of the carpet cleaning: you stood by your work and reimbursed me for the over payment. I could not be more pleased with the work.

James was very professional and worked very hard to make our carpets look great. We have another booking for next Friday and I hope he will be able to do the work for us. I will call Monday and formally request him.
