I truly love your company's commitment to making the customer happy. When all was said and done, I was once again thrilled with my carpet cleaning. Sean gladly came back out because I was still seeing a dingy, dark color in the high traffic ares that normally came out in the cleaning. After working hard to figure it out, Sean was able to pull out a ton of black dog fur from those areas. Now I have brand new looking carpets. Seriously, the best they have looked in years! The young man who did the work, Cary I believe, was knowledgeable, friendly and very courteous. We had several stains of various unknown origins that Cary assured us he'd be able to get out and, sure enough, he performed as promised. It has been a long time between cleanings and when Cary was finished, we were amazed. Our carpets looked better than we thought possible. We are impressed.
