We had a technician at the house the very next day, despite the fact that it was Spokane County Fair time and I had thought they would be very busy taking orders for service at the Fair. Our technician was quick, thorough, and very professional.

Samantha, who cleaned the carpets, was on time, quick and professional. The dark spots in a couple of high traffic areas are gone. A friend commented on how nice the carpets looked. Since my appointment was set for afternoon, I could make plans for the morning without being afraid I would miss the appointment.

Fast, friendly, and went the extra mile to really make sure that I was truly satisfied. They even came back in to try and remove a stubborn old crayon wax stain.

Awesome guy who explained the different steps. We didnt ask too many questions he said!! Carpet was dry that nite. This was a new carpet and we couldnt take the new chemicals smell in the new carpet. Zero rez took all the chemical smells away and left us with a home smelling like nothing.... How great. Thnk u zero rez for getting all the new chemicals out.
Super clean n fast work
Samantha and Ebony did an outstanding job on my carpets. The results far exceeded my expectations. We had some serious pet stains that required multiple treatments and it did the job. They were both very pleasant to work with.
