When the technician arrived he presented himself in a very professional manner. Ajay described the process in which best fitted my needs for the cleaning that he was going to perform. At different stages of the process, Ajay showed me the results of each process and discussed future recommendations to extend the life of the carpets until replacement is required.

As the service ended and speaking of the cleaning that was completed; as Ajay was loading his equipment back into the van it dawned on me that after he had left that I forgot to tip Ajay prior to departing. It's not much, but it is my appreciation for his work completed. If there is a way that I can connect with Ajay or an address that I can drop an envelope at his place of work would be very appreciated!
