Joshua bent over backwards to see to it I got the best service possible. He and his trainee, Andrew (I think) worked absolute magic on my carpeting. I had little hope the carpet would come clean before they started, but was thoroughly delighted with the finished product. They left me with what looks like brand new carpeting throughout the entire house! Joshua is obviously very concerned with the product he provides and the happiness and satisfaction of his customers. He deserves a raise.
