Prompt service, good communication, easy online scheduling, and good customer service. As a realtor, I'll have around 10-15 homes carpets cleaned a year. Zerorez is typically my go to because of their online booking and availability. The online specials are decent and if can find them at your local fair grounds, home show, or outer show then you can score big with 40% on any of their services from floors to hvac ventilation cleaning. Your Technician, Nathan, was prompt and polite. He answered all my questions. He clarified what I wanted done, then went right to work. He also checked a wool hall carpet to let me know how it had to be cleaned and how much. He was very helpful and efficient.
