You made it right. The other technician that came did an exceptional job. He got out stains the other one said they wouldn't come out. The only thing is that I had to fight so hard and you wouldn't have believed me it wasn't for Josh. That's pretty sad. Do you know that you have not a good reputation and I didn't know until after this. I think you should pay the person for a good job even though it's a redo because he did a much better job.

We just had our living room and bedroom carpets cleaned in addition to the area rug in our dining room. I was ready to replace the area rug but once A.J. was done with it it looks almost brand new. I guess I will have to wait a while to replace it, which my husband is very happy about. A.J. did a spectacular job for us. I will be calling Zerorez again next year. Thank you!!!
