The carpet was cleaned very well. The guys were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. They asked if we wanted anything more done other than just cleaning, like a repellent and soil resistor put on the carpet which we elected to do after they told us about it. I would recommend you to others, especially the guys that did our carpet. Very pleased with the work and the guys that did the cleaning.

Our technician was amazing. He was so good and went through the whole process of what he was doing and why the process works so well. He was very knowledgeable and did not seem like he was reciting a canned speech. He should win some type of award in our book because his customer service skills were too notch. The company should maintain their vehicles better (no reflection on Andrew or carpet cleaning) but the vehicle leaked oil on my asphalt driveway. Kind of messy to clean up.
