It gets my carpets really clean.

Find a way to dry the carpet better. It took almost 4 hours to fully dry.
The tech Gonsollo was so professional and helpful. He did a very nice job cleaning the carpets. I was most pleased with how the grout in the kitchen cleaned up. He came when he said, after calling ahead, and was careful with our home and cleaned up everything. This is my second response. So that's plenty for me. L

I really wasn't able to see the results I had hoped for. The grout is still patchy looking in both of the rooms I had done. The only explanation I was given was that it seemed like the grout was different in parts of the room. I asked if there was a stronger applicant and he said we use this processed special water and it should have worked. He left and said it was probably still wet and would go away. But, it didn't. ;(
I've been very happy with the employees doing the cleaning--very nice and helpful. The actual product/cleaning solution doesn't work. This is the third, and last, time I've used Zerorez. I would have not bother the third time but for laziness on my part, not wanting to look for another cleaning service in the short window of time I needed it done. The carpet looks great afterward for a couple days. But within a week, the same big dark spots start appearing again all over our light-colored carpet.
No soap residue, the technician was very knowable, and informed us of things we could do to keep our carpets in good condition..........
When youu are dealing with a cream carpet, water seems to be the safest product. Thank you

Zerorez was very professional and friendly from beginning to end. I appreciated that my technician "Chris" told me about my options but was not at all pushy. He explained everything thoroughly, and seemed quite knowledgeable about the whole process and about carpet in general.

The tech was great. He was fast and friendly. He did a great job. The people on the phone could have been friendlier and more helpful. I started to set up an appointment on line and thought I cancelled it because I had questions and needed it done soon. I got several phone calls and emails in one day about that without even giving me time to respond to any of them.
I am very pleased with the way my carpets look, feel and smell.
The technician was very well informed and respectful. The cleaning removed a lot the of the residue left behind by traditional cleaners. I'm very happy to have my soft carpet back!
The 1st tech, Cory. Spent 2hrs trying to clean my carpets with a small silver head. He wet the carpet thoroughly. Said he was doing his best. Kept trying to upsell me on everything. I told him carpets were cleaned 2yrs ago and were probably not top of the line. He said he would try and clean mist of the problem spots. Carpets dried and looked like they weren't cleaned. Called for a 2d cleaning. Corey returned only to tell me he wasn't going to clean my carpets. He did it once. He left,walked out of my house w/out a word and drove off. I called him and he said, I will not reclean your carpets. Good luck in finding someone who will and hung up. Called company, got a lot of run around, so I called corporate. They gave me a run around too. Called American Fork. They agreed to send out a product mngr. He arrived,took pictures of my carpet. Agreed they were dirty. Went out to get the gear. Came back with bigger machines and cleaned my carpet in under an hour. He was polite and respectful. He did the job the other guy didn't do. My carpets look great now. The 1st guy should go back into training under this manager. He treated us well and corrected the problem, for that is good.
