friendly, professional technician.
My carpet look like new. IT is very soft to walk on with no soap build up on it.
1. They clean very effectively and are kid and pet friendly.
2. They leave no heavy odors.

People are polite and professional. They give a correct time window, and even follow up and give updates to when they will be to my home exactly. They do a great job and are even willing to do more than I originally asked if there is time. The carpet and hooks try dry quickly and look amazing.

The main reason I am unlikely to recommend Zerorez is the cost. I've never paid so much for carpet cleaning, and can't do it again. The secondary reason I am unlikely to recommend Zerorez was the appointment confirmation call. I had scheduled my appointment three weeks in advance, asking for a late-morning appointment, since I had a morning meeting and didn't want to risk not being home when the technician arrived. I was given the 2nd appointment of the day. The day before our cleaning, Zerorez called to confirm, saying that we were the first appointment of the day. I told the caller that I was scheduled for the second appointment. The caller said, "We couldn't make that happen." (???) The day before a scheduled appointment is not the time to let people know that you can't give them the appointment they've planned on. Fortunately, my husband was able to stay home from work, but I really did not like the schedule change or the flippant way in which that news was delivered.
Again, our technician was friendly and professional, and did an excellent job of cleaning our very dirty carpet. The schedule snafu was unpleasant, but not enough to make me not recommend Zerorez. The cost is just much too high, in my opinion.
