It cleans very well, gets the stains out and leaves no soapy residue to collect dirt.
I had a problem with my appt- i asked for morning n the tech didnt show up until 2:30. However they did give me a discount

Actually just putting water into the rug doesn't take out all the dirt. It did take a lot out but some places were not touched at all and we used our steamer to take them out. The young man did his job well, except for some places not touched, and he did work hard in doing it. He was kind, and helpful, and very nice. We own the house with the upstairs and downstairs apt and it did cost us $300, but the upstairs didn't make the occupant completely happy and the young man told me when he was all through that he had taken a bottle of water as no one was there and I told him I know she would have given it to him.
Once, the person before you came to clean our carpets they just poured soap into the carpets and left it. In their minds their way of cleaning was best because it would somehow just go away by itself taking the dirt with them. That was a huge waste of money too.
Now, your young man did get dirt out and our carpets are old, but I think there must be a better way of doing it and other people have told me they were not at all happy with Zerorez and how the carpets cleaned up.
You are wonderful people wanting to do the best you can and we appreciate your efforts but we are told and believe that there is a better way to get the dirt out. We will try.
I am sorry if this disappoints you because I do feel you truly care as a company. Doug Wright talks about you on his show every day so we thought we would try it. Because of him we tried. Good luck with your company and I hope it works really well for others.

What both my wife and I like was the professionalism that was exhibited while we were having our carpets cleaned. In addition my wife and I loved the results. Keep up the great work.
P.S. Sorry that we forgot the name of the person who did our rugs. When we do this again in the next few months we would like to have him back!

Quality of the cleaning was thorough. The technician was by far the best subcontractor I've had in 12 months of remodeling! He was so accommodating, friendly, and trained well with customer service. He seemed genuinely happy to be doing his job!!!

Customer service on the phone had a hard time giving me specifics about why they wouldn't be able to reach the 4th floor from the patio door directly below on the street. Also, it is really annoying to have to have at least $100/trip in order to get the coupon sent in the money mailer. You should put that on the sheet specifically.
Also, my bathroom tub will not drain now. It was working perfectly fine before, and then as soon as i took a shower after your services it is plugged up. Did I not pay for a water disposal fee? Or does that mean to dump dirty water down my tub drain.

Technicians are always professional in their work; we receive notices letting us know the technician is on his way, which is nice, because we don't need to hang around waiting; the carpet drying time is typically much faster than businesses I used in the past; and, the carpets always look so nice, even when they're 16 years old!

Zerorez kept me informed and updated about the time they would be arriving with a call just before the scheduled visit. The carpet was efficiently cleaned and looked wonderful afterward. The carpet did remain wet for 24 hours which was longer than expected.
After my carpet dried in one of my rooms, there are a couple big spots that were missed in the main area of traffic. I would like to have it cleaned yet don't want to pay for full room cleaning so I bought a throw rug to hide it. I don't know how I would have caught that at the time since the rug was overall wet and dark from moisture.
Thanks-If spot cleaning is possible without full cost.

The carpets and couches look great. The tech was intelligent, and clean. No dirty fluffy residue on the baseboards or the adjacent wood floors. No noisy equipment in the house.

When I call to have a room re-done.... Not able to get on the "schedule" for 3-4 days ... ??? I just paid A LOT of $$ and was not pleased with only 1 of the rooms.... My main room though - so pretty important!! Have used you for a few years now!! This current cleaning my main from room was not thoroughly cleaned... the dirt in the high traffic area is still really visible. This year they were not any worse than they have been in the past?? I've had the protectant applied each visit - and it usually all comes out??
A friend of mine just had her entire house carpet cleaned (about the same area that I had done for $99 special.... I expressed that I had been happy with you guys in the past - so I was going to stick with you! I was disappointed when my front room didn't look Great (as it has in the past), but that wasn't a huge issue, cuz I knew you would come back and fix it... the BIGGEST issue - is how long I have to wait???? NOT OK!! IF you mess up - PLEASE FIX YOUR PROBLEM ASAP!! My furniture was a pain in the butt to move, I can't live with it in my kitchen for 4 DAYS? So now I have to move it AGAIN??? I'm so annoyed now!!!! Really - I feel that an employee could have stayed a minute later the next day or gone in early to fix my front room... a tiny area - probably 20 minutes?? I know the schedule was "Full" but honestly??? I've been loyal and just paid you $400... why couldn't you squish me in ??
