Clean carpets without the residue.
My carpet it very stiff and crunchy the guy that came out sucks nice guy but sucks at cleaning carpets and listening to customers. To clean my carpet the second time he used this scrubbing Machine and sprayed a little water in a little weed sprayer and left and bow my carpet has a brown tint to it when its a nice blue color and i am still finding carpet fibers from the last house he did with that scrubber in my carpet and now after that my carpet loosing its fiber chunks Every time i vacuum. I am very disappointed with the service I feel my carpets are worse than they were before he cleaned him. And now I’m looking at having to replace my carpet in my home that just got new carpet in December 2017 this was the first cleaning it got and now i cant walk on it bare footed because it hurts my feet. Before it was like walking on a cloud now like a gravel path bare foot

The technician did a horrible job! The area rug looked worse after he was done. Since I was so unhappy and not confident that Zero Rez could do it right, I hired another company to do the job right. I would like the $160 I paid to be refunded!

They came the same day I called. They were able to get out all of the spots in my carpet. I’m so happy with the results!
Everything was great, job well done by Jaden. But today when I went out of my office I saw a hole in the wall from the doorknob which wasn't there before. I took a picture and maybe send you them to you to talk about fixing that hole in the wall.

The technician was great! He was very thorough in his explanations of things and explained the advantages of additional services I wasn't planning on. He wasn't pushy with trying to sell my additional services but just explained the situation well and I ended up buying them. He was great!
