Innovative and eco friendly
I appreciated the kind and careful way the cleaner did things. He brought his hoses in and made sure he didn't get them in the way. He was willing to do a large area and count it as one room and he cleaned an extra small area, too. All my floors looked so clean. When someone goes out of their way for me it is easy to be happy. I have the clean carpets I desired--just the end result I wanted!

I think it is to soon to give my opinion regarding the quality of the cleaning. It looks good at this time, but I reserve my opinion until there has been some wear on the areas that were cleaned. At this point in time I would say it looks good. I would not say I'm disapointed. The problem areas that I requested be re-cleaned look very good.

I appreciate the method you use. I have pets and am always pleased with the outcome. I've found it extraordinarily difficult to find your telephone number. I have used your service for years and called the number on my old invoices - either didn't get an answer or left a message, which wasn't returned. With real reluctance, I was checking with some other carpet cleaning companies (one of whom mentioned that they were getting a lot of calls from former Zerorez customers who had the same problems with communicating with you). I saw the Zerorez truck at my neighbor's and ran over there to get a working number and expect to continue using your services in the future.
Try to be on time for appointments. My appointment was from 11am to 2pm. I feel that is a huge window to just WAIT for someone to show up. Maybe, you could let customers know at 10am what the time frame will be. That way if someone needed to run to the store, they could do so without fearing of MISSING the appointment. I guess what I'm saying is, Make the appt for 11am (or what ever) then be there!
I was very impressed with how clean my floors were. And how nice the employee was to us. Charles West is the best!!!!

My carpets have never felt so soft or been so clean after a professional cleaning! We can't stop walking barefoot on the carpet! It dried quickly too.
Make sure the cleaning and repair are done right the first time. I had a repair that was done incorrectly and it burned my carpet and it can not be repaired. The first cleaning done did not use any emulsifier (citrus cleaner) and my carpets did not get very clean. Also, the high traffic areas were not well done. Even after the second cleaning a portion of a bedroom entry high traffic area looks worse than the hallway. I did not appreciate having to have my carpets cleaned a second time considering I moved all the furniture excluding book shelves out of the way in the living room and completely cleared two bedrooms. I just wasn't up to moving the bed and nightstands again after washing and ironing the linens that go on the bed an nightstands.
