I like that it does not leave any chemicals or residue in my carpets. I like your prices. Your people where flexible when I need to switch times and the gentleman who came to my house was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done in a quick manner.
I had most of my rooms cleaned and the ones that were not cleaned you definitely could see the difference like night and day. The gentleman was very quick. Plus when I cleaned my own carpets in the past with a rental or had sears it looked more gray. I have kids so I know I will be making future calls to clean again. You did such a fantastic job no worry about trying to keep it clean. I will call again when it gets too dirty for me to stand.

My carpets look incredible. They were beautifully cleaned. I was so worried about them because we had so many stains and I thought the life of our carpet was over. Charles did such a beautiful job and they looked new after his work. I was thrilled!
My carpets look wonderful-better than they did when we bought our home three years ago. The technician was friendly and kind to me and my children without being creepy. When you call to have a service done in your home, it can be scary because you don't know who is going to be in your home. But I was put at ease immediately.

The young man who cleaned our carpets was very knowledgable and helpful. He explained why our carpet were getting bumps in them (high traffic area, carpet not pulled tight enough when installed) and how it could be fixed (have it stretched tighter in certain areas). The carpets were soft after they dried, unlike other companies that leave them stiff feeling. He was fast and friendly.
My carpets end up being amazingly clean with much less moisture left than other providers I've used in the past. Personnel are always prompt AND (more importantly) they don't push to add services or items that cost more. I very much appreciate that!

I did have a complaint/comment about the Pet Deep Clean. The formula he used had REALLY bad fumes. He said he was using the pet stain formula full strength (not the regular deep clean formula) because his truck didn't carry the deap clean??? Dave assured me it would work just as well if not better. I think it worked but today (2 days later) I'm finally not smelling it. The odor of the formula was very bad; somewhere between chemical and vomit. I'm a little concerned that if the carpet even gets some water on it, the smell will return.

The carpets were very clean. However, we noticed a spot after the carpets dried. Can the technician come and just spot clean that area? We were very happy with our technician. He did a grat job and was vey personable. Thanks. I'd be happy to recommend you to others.
