My technician, Kevin, arrived on time with an apprentice with him. I('m sorry I've forgotten his name. ) The apprentice was very pleasant and helped in everything Kevin asked. Kevin was the ultimate technician...explaining each procedure and getting my carpets as clean as they could be. I appreciate his kindness to his helper and the respect he gave all my rooms he cleaned.
When finished, the clean up was quick and they left with everything in its place as it was when they arrived. I will certainly get them back at a later date.

When I walked in this morning, I was greeted with a wonderful light clean smell and the floors look amazing. I've had others clean the carpets and when we walked in the next business day, it smell more like a wet dog.
