Technician was on-time and remembered how to clean our sectional. Carpets were very clean and neat. Spots and stains were removed.

Carpet remained damp for over 24 hours but that is acceptable to accomplish a deep cleaning.

You staff is professional and the best at what they do.

I was very pleased with Zerorez from start to finish. The receptionist was polite and efficient in providing me a same-day appointment. The technician was prompt, and thorough in what I thought would be a much longer cleaning process. He explained everything and that my floor tile grout would be back to its original color. He was right! My floors look like new and I am delighted with the service. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for a professional and fairly priced cleaning service.

The carpet and the couch came out great! - The carpet was old and we had animals, so I didn't expect perfection, but I can definitely see and feel the difference in the residue-free carpet vs other cleaners.
