The technician was prompt, and thorough in what I thought would be a much longer cleaning process. He explained everything and that my floor tile grout would be back to its original color. The carpet and the couch came out great! - The carpet was old and we had animals, so I didn't expect perfection, but I can definitely see and feel the difference in the residue-free carpet vs other cleaners.
