The technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I like that the carpets are dry by the next morning at the latest. They are able to get spots out that I haven’t gotten out myself. You definitely have to pay for it, but I believe the quality is better than with other companies.

The efficiency and the quality of work
The tech texted me when he was on the way. He was courteous and respectful of our house. and did a good job.
Terrance was a great technician. He reviewed the service and options with clarity. I had a wool rug that needed cleaning. He ran into some issues with his standard process but shifted to other tools and treatments and did a good job. I’m not sure if ZeroRez is adequately equipped for wool rugs cause I’d say it was about 90% better given Terrance gave 110%.

Everyone Ive had contact with has been responsive, polite, and knew what they were doing. My service tech did a great job and kinda walked me through the process. This is the fourth time Iv’e had zerorez out and each has been very positive and I’ve had no complaints whatsoever. I’ll not go anywhere else.
