The technician was knowledgible and accomplished the job in a timely manner. He was professional in appearance and answered all of our questions articulately. I was especially pleased that he was able to successfully remove a spot that had been resistant to treatment by the past two technicians.

They get everything very clean

This is the BEST carpet cleaning company. No one else gets stains out like these guys. It’s amazing. Dog threw up organic fertilizer on white carpet? No problem. Dog peed in the corner of the rental, again on white carpet? Fine. They’ll get it out. I have not had a reasonable stain they haven’t been able to treat. The stains stay gone too-some carpet cleaning companies clean but the stains come back, not Zerorez.

As always Zerorez did a great job. I highly recommend this carpet service to anyone who wants a REALLY clean carpet. Technician Terrence was awesome, quick and thorough! Thank you!
