I most wanted the zero residue. Our apartment complex has our carpets cleaned every two years for free, and the last job was a year ago. I was knocked over by the scent of the solution that lasted a couple of days, it took a long time to dry, and I swear it started attracting dirt immediately. I asked if I could have my carpets cleaned at my own expense and manager's office said yes. I called ZeroRez. Anthony was my carpet cleaner, very helpful, on time, answered all my questions, and i stayed with a neighbor while he cleaned. I was surprised at how quickly he called me that the job was finished, and I went to check how much time would be needed for the carpet to dry. I momentarily held my breath when I went through my front door, expecting SOME kind of odor to hit me. Nothing! Now we're talking! It took a couple of hours for the carpet to dry enough for me to go back inside, and it probably took a few more hours for 100% dry, but not the entire area. I'm very pleased, my carpets look fabulous and I have a one-year reminder for next time.

I received several messages from Zerorez reminding me of my appointment and on the day of, I was given a one-hour window as to when my technician would be coming. Dayne was very friendly, polite, and professional and called 40-minutes before coming. I liked the fact that he used plastic protectors on the corners so that the hoses did not scratch the walls (as I experienced with other companies in the past). There was no smell left behind from the cleaning solution or carpet crunchiness, and the carpets fully dried in about 6 hours. Carpets look great!

The team from Zerorez showed up on time, were courteous, dressed professionally, and got right to work cleaning the carpet. They explained some spots in the carpet and potential cleaning limitations. They did suggest that I add a pretreatment to my order, and didn't push any further when I declined that option (which I appreciated). The carpets turned out great, and the team wiped down the hallway to ensure no water was left behind. Couldn't ask for more. Will use Zerorez again!
