First of all, Zerorez is incredible! I’ve used their services over the last few years several times, before and/or after a gathering and they always take care of business. We sadly had to move out of our dream home and I was worried about the carpeting & soap scum, but Terrence was my hero! He did an AMAZING job! Carpet, tile & flooring looked brand new. I have an expensive and large wool rug that I have neglected. Additionally, I have three dogs and my couch reflects their dog smell. I was nervous about having both of these items cleaned as I was afraid they would not look like their new selves after cleaning. I was completely thrilled with the condition of both after cleaning. Pretty close to that new feel again which is saying a lot considering both items are 16 years old!
I do think you need to allow extra time for drying. I was told two hours, but my work was completed at 2:30 in the afternoon and I didn’t feel confident using my couch until the next day.

My cat peed on my new couch! I called Zerorez, who I’ve been using for 15 years, they came same day within an hour of my call! They did a fabulous job cleaning the cushions! No more pee smell! I highly recommend for rug and furniture cleaning! Super nice too!

The gentleman who cleaned our sofa was very thorough and touched every surface of our large sectional. He also explained all the options and gave us information to make a knowledgeable decision.
