call ahead to let me know they are on the way. I like how clean the carpet is after the
service. There is no residue left on the carpet and no heavy perfume smell....just clean.

I like the fact that you do not use any chemicals and just steam the rugs. They seem to stay cleaner much longer. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past and it seemed like the rugs just attracted dirt very quickly. I also like the fact that the people that due the cleaning are always very nice and polite. They are not in a hurry to get the job done and be out of there. They truly take their time and make sure that the work is done to satisfaction.
