I have 2 dogs and boy what ever the service tech used to cleaned my floors and sofa with was awesome. Looked like new. The staff is very friendly and couteous.It's like you've known them all your life. My dogs was even excited and comfortable with the service tech being in the house, and that's unusual! I like the personal touch they have with the customer service call letting you know they are in route. The follow up. The confirmation billing information to your email. I think Meliss Wade in the Water hit the jackpot when she ran up on zerorez.

My perfectly clean carpets! They look new. The fellows that cleaned them knew what they were doing, with speed and excellance of service. I'm surprised how fast they were done. I'm still marveling at my NEW carpets! Even the throw rugs came out looking like new!

Quick drying and rugs look great

It works!! Very dirty carpet area from my mom's wheelchair. Why do they make those wheels in black anyway? Very surprised at how clean the rug got.

Zerorez does not leave residue on our carpets, which helps them stay clean longer. I have been using Zerorez for years and our carpets still look like new with regular cleanings. Paul was very professional and did an outstanding job in cleaning the carpets.

The Tech named Chad was very personable, professional he got my whole house with white carpet looking Fantastic!! Even the high traffic areas I considered hopeless. Thank you for making my carpet look great the drying time was minimal, and the job was done in less time than I anticipated, All Around Great Job!!

I like Zerorez because it doesn't leave the carpet very wet. It cleans, has a nice smell and looks great. The sales person was very informative about the procedure and was very nice.

Courteous, knowledgeable technicians, no residue and the dirt is actually extracted. Only thing I don't like is that the carpet stays damp for too long - usually longer than 24 hours.
