The technician was very professional, prompt and called to let us know he was on the way. He was more than pleasant to work with. Finally, our carpets look so much better and there wasn't a strong chemical or perfume odor either. He took a few of our wool area rugs to clean in-house and even waited for my neighbor to get home and take hers!

What do I like about our products and services? How about your tech Peter?

Ten minutes prior to arrival Peter gave me a heads up he was on the way so that I may complete final prep work to the rooms I was cleaning. That is a big plus in my book! Peter was also very through about what my carpet needed and paid special attention to those areas, not like other companies that sling gear around and try to get out of your home ASAP. All in all, I am very pleased with Peter and ZeroRez.
