Across the board, the service provided was excellent. The techs were knowledgeable, open and honest, and efficient. The result was beyond satisfactory. Our carpets are likely to be replaced before they need cleaning again, so I don't know when we'll need the service in the future. I will be recommending them to every last person I know.

The pricing was up front and transparent, the reps were honest, and they followed up with me to verify the order and to let me know when the employee was arriving. My wife was home when the carpets were cleaned and she said the rep was friendly and polite. I had the receipt emailed to me followed by another follow up email. Absolutely phenomenal!
