I was very impressed and grateful that your customer service rep (Jeremy) was willing to accommodate me even though I do not necessarily live in your exact district. I was slightly out of the way but he did a great job on figuring a way to work me in the service area.
The service technician (Adam) was friendly, respectful, and provided me answers to my questions concerning additional cleanings, products, etc. He was very respectful of my time and needs in cleaning my home.
However, I do think that more time could have been spent on the carpets in the areas where there was more evidence of wear and dirt. I do think that if more time had been spent here, those areas of the carpet may have looked better once the carpet dried.

This is the first time we have used Zerorez. It was clean, fast, efficient and dried quickly. We had carpeting as well as a couch, two chairs, and 8 dining room chairs cleaned. Everything is sparkling again! Very satisfied.

I was very impressed with Adam when he came back out to redo some areas that spots kept coming back. We found out that it was urine stains which we had no idea since we had just bought this house in December.
