No smell and products not toxic. The technician walked the rooms and checked for spots or potential problems. He gave us a quick overview of whst to expect, asked if we had any questions, and then got started. The whole process is efficient and relatively painless for the homeowner. As with any service, having good customer service is what it is all about. Justin was excellent in explaining things and very respectful of our home. He has an excellent knowledge of the products and services Zerorez has. Our carpets look like new and we are amazed. It was fast and efficient. Our thanks to Justin for a job well done.

The service was EXCELLENT!! Peter, the technician that cleaned my carpet, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the process and answered all my questions. He was even able to remove stains that I thought were permanent. I have already started sharing my Zerorez experience with co-workers & family members. I will definitely be using your company in the future. My only regret is that I didn't have cash on hand to tip Peter.
