Your technicians arrived on time and I was very pleased with the job they did.

On time, helpful with advice on treating problems and dries very quickly with no residual "suds" as I have seen in the past with other companies. When a carpet is not cleaned properly, it will actually get dirty faster after a cleaning than before. I have never had that situation with Zerorez and I use them twice a year.

Anthony was very nice and polite. I have had Stanley Steamer in the last 3 times and the spots were gone but resurfaced in 2 days, plus the overall color of the carpet remained the same. With Zerorez the stains are GONE, they have not resurfaced AND the overall color of the carpet color is brighter. The carpet dried quickly also.

The value + cost of the service is right on point. I've never felt I've paid too much for the results I've gotten.

Sacha, the service tech was instrumental in helping me understand what I needed and prooved the products and service worked. Need a better receptionist as it is not her place to tell me what I did not do online when scheduling when in fact I know I did. Her attitude caused me to cancel my initial service, but with my past experiences beign so positive in the past, Jeremy took control when I called back. If she did it to me and I still beleived in Zerorez to call back, how many others don't or won't. Jerey was great Sacha Rocks....
