I just had my TH cleaned 2 weeks ago (I believe "Matt) and then "TJ" this week at my boyfriend's TH The carpets looked fabulous!!! Both of the contacts who came to clean explained a couple of upgrade options for the cleaning but were not pushy at all. Your services are excellent -- we had our wall-to-wall carpets cleaned a few years ago and the men who performed the service did an excellent job. We liked the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals that would hurt us or our pets. The men moved our furniture without damaging anything and cleaned up when the job was done. Last month your men came and took three of our area rugs to be cleaned and also did an excellent job.
