Your customer service was very good---I had to change my appointment very quickly and you were able to accommodate me. I wasn't home, my husband was so I didnt see the carpets until the next day. They were very very clean!! Very impressed with the job done! The only problem/complaint that I had was that I paid for 5 rooms + stairs and they only did 4 rooms. My sewing room did not get cleaned. Probably my husbands fault but it would have been nice since you collected the money to make sure the job was complete. My neighbor already asked me about the job that you did for us. So they probably will be calling you too!

I LOVE that there aren't dangerous chemicals used and that we were able to be home while the carpets were being done without the process causing any breathing stress to my significant other who already has a compromised lung capacity.
