You came quickly when called which was great because I was having an allergic reaction to some chemical carpet cleaners my husband had used and I thought I was going to have to go to a hotel because I couldn't stay here much longer. But now I think the downstairs stairway should have been cleaned too because if I open that door I have the same problem. The door was open when my husband sprayed the chemicals and it is a few feet away and I'm afraid the residue will just get tracked by foot back onto my newly cleaned carpet. I already sent you an e-mail asking if you could come back.

I have never used a service to clean my carpets so I can't compare. However, I was very impressed with the young man, Steven, who did my service. He explained everything to me, was very knowledgeable about the process, was neat and quick. Since he told me he had been with the company for just a few months his professionalism reflected well on your commitment to training and customer satisfaction.

That there is no soap residue left to leave carpets feeling initially 'crunchy' and then turn to dirt catchers...within months.

The carpet cleaning we had done last year was amazing! The tile cleaning we had done yesterday was great except there is a 2" margin around the baseboards and cabinets where the machine can't clean so it was left dirty. This should have been cleaned by a smaller machine that can get up against the wall or it should have been done by hand.

Easy to book appointments. The staff are extremely friendly and outgoing. I really enjoyed having the technician in my house, he was very friendly, informative and took care to keep the rest of the house clean as it was raining outside.

Timely service and carpet looked like new when cleaning was completed.
